Each lab or department wishing to become a customer of our Core Facilities should register here.
The process goes like this:
- Click the "Register Now" button to the right and fill out the form.
- The administrative email address will receive a verification email to ensure it is valid.
- A Whitehead representative will contact the lab using the entered information to verify the information is correct.
- Both the administrative and PI email addresses will receive an email containing your new customer number.
- Use the link in that email to set a password
- Log in to add purchase order information and a list of lab members -- You can even restrict which members can use which PO.
- Lab members requesting service at any Whitehead Institute Core Facility should have the lab's customer number and should be listed on your account as a valid user with a valid purchase order for that core facility.
